Agnes Serranilla-Sonido, MD
Dr. Agnes Serranilla-Sonido is a board-certified Family Medicine physician committed to providing personalized, comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She completed her residency at the University of Hawaii Family Medicine Residency Program, where she trained extensively in adult medicine, women’s health, family planning, lifestyle medicine, and both gynecologic and musculoskeletal procedures.
Her medical training in both the United States and the Philippines has shaped her approach to care, blending evidence-based medicine with cultural sensitivity and compassion. She values building long-term relationships with patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Serranilla-Sonido enjoys baking, caring for her dogs, and staying active with Lagree fitness. She is a wife and a proud mom to a three-year-old boy.

Fortunato Elizaga, MD
Dr. Fortunato Elizaga is a respected Primary Care Physician with a rich educational background from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial. His comprehensive training includes a residency in Internal Medicine at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and fellowships in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Rush University Medical Center and The Queen's Medical Center. Board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Elizaga brings a unique depth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. His diverse experience in Hematology and Oncology enhances his proficiency in providing holistic primary care. Now a key member of the Primary Care Clinic of Hawaii, Dr. Elizaga is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, focusing on the overall health and well-being of his patients.
